Children´s Literature Festival 2012 (Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia)

El próximo jueves 1 de noviembre comienza el Children´s Literature Festival 2102 en la University of Malaya (Kuala Lumpur) el Festival más importante del país relacionado con la Literatura Infantil y Juvenil. Allí tendré el placer de participar como invitada internacional contando cuentos en inglés. Será el viernes 2 de noviembre en la Facultad de Artes y Ciencias Sociales de la University of Malaya (16 a 17h). 

Enrique Páez dará una conferencia plenaria en inglés sobre "Resources on Creative Writing" para profesores y escritores. Será el día 3 de noviembre en el Lecture Hall B (Dewan Kuliah B) también en la Facultad de Artes y Ciencias Sociales, University of Malaya. 

Los invitados internacionales vienen de Japón, Irán, España y Tailandia. Las actividades están pensadas para profesores, escritores, bibliotecarios, cuentacuentos, ilustradores, niños y niñas, y todo aquel interesado en  la Literatura Infantil y Juvenil.

Las actividades serán de lo más variadas: conferencias, cuentacuentos, talleres de Kamishibai, teatro musical, talleres de pintura, encuentros de autor, visitas a las Torres Petronas, concurso de escritura creativa, marionetas y mucho más.

Children's Literature Festival 2012 "Fantasia Membaca" begins next Thursday, November 1. It will take place at the University of Malaya (Kuala Lumpur). It is the most important Festival related to Children's Literature in Malaysia.  I have the pleasure to participate as an international storyteller. I will tell stories in English at Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Malaya on Friday, November 2 (16 to 17h). 

Enrique Paez will give a plenary lecture about "Resources on Creative Writing" for teachers and writers in the Lecture Hall B (Dewan Kuliah B) also in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya, on November 3. 

The international guests came from Japan, Iran, Spain and Thailand. The activities are designed for teachers, writers, storytellers, illustrators, librarians, children, and anyone interested in Children's Literature.

There will be different activities such lectures, storytelling, Kamishibai workshops, musical theater, painting workshops, author meetings, visits to Petronas, creative writing contest, puppets and much more.
